Key Responsibilities

  • Provide back-office services to support the processing of Payment Operations products such as Cash Management, Remittances, Fixed Term Deposit, Loans etc for BNP Paribas Malaysia Berhad and BNP Paribas Labuan
  • Responsible for day-to-day smooth and efficient operations of the team including liaising and coordinating with ISPL / ARPC.
  • Responsible to monitor and authorize the outgoing and incoming eSPICK transactions and ensure the clearing items being process within the stipulated cut off time.
  • Responsible for disseminating relevant information and instructions received to the staff.
  • Liaise with PAYNET/ BNM for any issue relating to RENTAS, eSPICK and any other Domestic product transactions.
  • Coordinate and participate in any internal and BNM systems UAT / test.
  • Look into customers’ / correspondents’ complaints and take appropriate action that deemed required.
  • Resolve problems and implement solutions affecting the transaction processing system.
  • To ensure the dual control for security papers and relevant systems is in place at all times.
  • Analyse trends relating to deficiencies and review the effectiveness of corrective measures.
  • Perform daily second level of control and verify and approve transactions within authority level. 
  • Responsible to validate data of the ITIS reporting to BNM for payment transactions.
  • Make sure FEA rules are enforced for the processing of the transactions. Strong and robust level of control to be strictly followed.
  • Monitor the review and treatment of hit related to SWIFT and Non SWIFT screening (SSW & Fircosoft)
  • Make sure ORUS is completed on daily basis and perform monthly proofing of GL (BEACON) for Berhad, IBW and Labuan.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge Payment Operations Products i/e Remittances, Cash Management, Fixed Term Deposit, Loans
  • Good knowledge on FITBO & Trade Finance products
  • At least 10 years of experience is similar position
  • Strong knowledge with Cash Management and other local products like Rentas, IBG, Direct Debit, FPX, RPP
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to handle projects
  • Accurate, detailed, comfortable with numbers
  • Able to handle large volumes of transactions, work well  under pressure
  • Strong management skills
