Business Overview: 


CLO & Senior Portfolio Financing (“SPF”) Structuring Desk is part of the Asset Finance & Securitization Americas business. CLO/SPF Structuring team’s responsibility is the origination, structuring and placement of USD CLOs and providing term financing on various types of BSL and private credit/private debt portfolios.




VP/Director for CLO/SPF Structuring Desk. Deal team leader who is primary point on new originations and execution. Required to model private financing transactions, work with Asset managers, rating agencies, lawyers and sales/syndicate to originate and execute new transactions. This involves working with internal control functions as part of the transaction approval process.



Minimum required qualifications




7+ years experience in CLOs / Securitization / financings , sell side or Accounting or Rating Agencies



Preferred qualifications:


Bachelors and/or Masters in Arts or Sciences
