Description

Titre : Middle Office Global Product Manager 
Department: AM/AO Client Lines
Reports to : 
•    Regional hierarchical Head of Product (Nadim Jouhid) 
•    Head of Middle Office Product (Valérie Boléa Waeterloos)

•    Product management

•    Creation and maintenance of standard documentation set 
    •    Client pipeline
    •    Capability matrix
    •    Pitch books per client segment
    •    Service level description
    •    Standard fee schedules
    •    Contribution to Legal contracts definition
•    Product Pricing
    •    Set standard pricing to meet revenue and profitability goals
    •    Maintain oversight of product profitability
    •    Work with client development and relationship managers to adjust the pricing when required
    •    Maintain tools (simulation / 3P) to accelerate the distribution of fee schedules and control the product profitability
•    Align with go to market / segment leads
    •    Participate to go to market/segment initiatives
    •    Propose thought leadership or product expert articles
    •    Participate to events (client events, conferences …)

•    Product development

•    Regulatory / Competition / Market change
    •    Monitor industry changes impacting Middle Office product
    •    Assess the impact on the products in terms of service provided, profitability of any regulatory change and/or market practice shift and initiate projects 
•    Lead and draft corresponding NAC
    •    Propose new services or updates to current service with a view to improve client’s business and/or product’s profitability
    •    Prepare business case proposals for the change
•    Definition of the Product Strategy
    •    Maintenance of product roadmap

•    Participate to Budget  exercise
    •    Participate to yearly budget exercise with operations and IT
    •    Validate priority list and budget allocation
    •    Validate / reject client change controls as proposed by local client governance

•    Business development
•    Support client development and relationship management teams
    •    Train and coach coverage teams on Middle office product
    •    Assist coverage teams for client Middle Office pitches
    •    Ensure that products marketed and sold are in line with our service level descriptions
•    RFP lead
    •    Ensure completion of RFP questionnaires in due time and quality
    •    Ensure drafting of RFP support presentations and demos for RFP presentations
    •    Participate to RFP roadshows by leading the streams relating to Middle Office
    •    Work with operations and IT teams for the set-up of demos
    •    Put together financial proposals and supporting documentation (eg: 3P)
•    Client onboarding support
    •    Assist operations teams for client onboardings
    •    Promote the set-up of standard processes 
    •    Be the operations advocate for ensuring that minimum custom processes are implemented
    •    Act as sponsor and escalation point

    •    Use all available supports: echonet articles, contribution to internal newsletters…
    •    Keep the operational teams informed of any changes impacting their activity

    •    Global position: significant number of travels to be expected (twice a month in average)
    •    Fixed deadlines for RFP responses may lead to work after hours / weekends on an exceptional basis


Professional experience / requirements

•    Excellent communication skills
•    Experienced in pre-sale presentations and generally speaking in client interactions
•    Enjoys (!) documentation drafting (word, powerpoint, excel)
•    Technology savvy
•    Strong analytical capacity
•    Understanding of BP2S organization and influencers
•    Leadership skills, Ability to influence and inspire
