Position Purpose
Transversal Business Management will be responsible for:
- Production and maintenance of relevant Management Indicators across all GM APAC activities, in coordination with relevant functions
- Production and maintenance of selected reports and controls
- Ad-hoc support for the business, primarily HK & SG business management team
Responsibilities
- Produce Performance Dashboards such as Individual Sales Performance, GBL weekly Dashboard, Country or sub-region Dashboard
- Perform Controls on Client Classification, Staff Classification (15a6)
- Maintain Headcount related referentials (Refog Organizational Unit, GM APAC Headcount Masterfile, Org Charts, Seniority Charts, Welcome email etc.)
- Maintain Gifts & Invitations Database
- Produce monthly Corporate Phones Cost Report
- Provide support in end of month or quarter processes such as EQD/PSF Client Contribution adjustments in SCALA or China NRCC trading book updates
- Compute/coordinate allocation keys updates (GM transversal cost centers, GM transversal keys used by Functions to allocate at activity level within a given GBL)
- APAC Bookmark maintenance
- Voice recording reconciliation vs. IT records
- Automate where possible recurring tasks/reports
Specific Qualifications (if required)
- Degree in Finance, Business or Banking
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience
- Exposure to Global Markets Business and products.
