We are currently looking for a:
Fund Administration
Client Reporting Officer– (H/F)
1 year fixed term contract
Your mission
Production and diffusion of the TER, OCR, OOC and PTR calculations.
. To produce the figures by complying with the schedule established with the clients.
. To carry out necessary controls in order to ensure the accuracy of the figures.
. To ensure the quality of the production and the respect of the delivery deadlines.
. To answer to the clients/auditors requests.
Supervision of activities.
. To ensure the quality of the production and the respect of the delivery deadlines.
. To monitor delegated deliveries by regular catch-up and governance.
Production of Tax reporting
. To produce Tax reporting such as Italian Tax, UK Tax,
. To control on BE TIS calculation,
. To deliver VAT information to the clients’ Tax Advisors, etc.
. To ensure the quality of the production and the respect of the delivery deadlines.
Management of the common e-mail inboxes
. To manage the requests/information received in the common e-mail inboxes.
Management of queries
• To provide assistance and answers to clients/auditors queries.
KPI
To produce KPI/overview of the activities based on the quality of the production and deadlines achievements.

Your profile
Education:
Master in Economics or in Finance or Bachelor in Accounting (or similar).
Professional experience: Experience in Fund Accounting activity.
Soft skills:
· Acting with perspective

· Client focus
Technical skills: Microsoft Excel knowledge is mandatory.
Experience of Multifonds accounting tool is an added value.
MS Office knowledge is an added value.
Language skills: French and English are mandatory. Any other language will be an added value.
