- Produce financial analysis to enhance the performance of the different business units and help them taking the best decisions based on timely and accurate reports. Work actively as a finance business partner
Your Main Activities Are
- Produce the management control reporting to Head Office
- Participate in the management of the quarterly invoicing to internal clients. Ensure the coordination and control of their booking and payment with all stakeholders
- Participate in the forecasting and budgeting process
- Reporting, analysis, control and monitoring of headcount and expenses on a monthly basis (actual vs forecast/budget)
- Produce the necessary information and analysis to support Top Management
- Produce other ad hoc analysis for internal or external clients
- Continuous improvement of the team's processes
- Contribute to the onboarding of the new joiners
Profile and Skills to Success
- Masters Degree in Economics, Finance and/or Accounting
- At least 7 years of professional experience in Project Management and Consulting, Banking and Financial Operations, Financial analysis and control
- Proficient in MS Office Pack Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English, verbal and written
- Ability to collaborate and teamwork
- Critical thinking
- Attention to detail and rigor
- Ability to deliver and results driven
- Analytical ability
