Key Responsibilities

- Manage one or multiple complex projects under supervision the team head
- Manage more junior team members within projects
- Produce high quality deliverables
- Deliver impactful and actionable recommendations
- Present deliverables and recommendations to project sponsors and stakeholders
- Enrich the client satisfaction by managing client and stakeholder relationships and showing agility to adjust to changing dynamics / needs of an engagement
- Contribute to generate a positive and motivating team spirit within the team
- Actively contribute to team development through contributing to the team transversal approach
- Coach more junior colleagues outside projects and be a member of appraisal committee, contributing to more junior colleagues appraisals and personal development


Requirements:

 • Educational background: Graduate from Tier 1 University, Business or Engineering school
• Professional experience: Min. 10 years of relevant experience (external or in-house management consulting, strategy analyst)
• Previous banking industry knowledge is appreciated
• Languages: Fluency in oral and written English

• Problem structuring / issue analysis skills
• Management of priorities
• Handling of complex analyses
• Ability to propose actionable recommendations
• Agility in adjusting the framing
• Ability to build trust with clients at senior level
• Ability to write structured documents at executive level
• Presence at senior level
• Provide clarity and clear instructions to more junior colleagues
