Reporting to the IT & Cyber Risk Leader, the Program Manager will drive development of new capabilities supporting alignment to the BNPP IT & Cyber Risk Management Framework, raise IT & Cyber Risk awareness among IT and Bank staff members and improve management awareness of IT and Cyber Risk through enhanced risk assessment, measurement and reporting. Responsible and accountable for creating a risk-aware culture by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally modeling risk-based practices and decisions. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues, and ensuring that actions and behaviors drive positive change to continually strengthen IT & Cyber risk management. While operating within the Bank's risk appetite, achieves results by establishing and managing risk management capabilities in alignment with bank and BNPP requirements.
Contribute to the ongoing success of the enterprise-wide IT & Cyber Risk Management Program and associated activities.
Provide tactical and strategic direction to both IT and line-of-business managers regarding the challenges of managing IT-related risks.
Define key components of the risk framework and drive the implementation of initiatives as part of an Agile squad and leverage Agile practices.
Work with other risk partners to develop and implement controls that mitigate risks.
Monitor emerging IT risks, assess the potential impact to the organization, recommend a response and monitor the status of the action plan.
Conduct IT Risk Maturity Assessments and perform analysis on framework components.
Analyze, develop and improve risk processes. Lead projects involving cross functional teams.
Ensure the line of business complies with the Bank’s IT Risk Framework.
Act as a SME on Level 1 Controls & Governance issues and general best practices of risk management.
Develop and prioritize a program of risk reviews appropriate to the profile of IT organizational activities & Cyber risk.
Counsel IT leaders on risk management program components.
Develop executive level reporting on enterprise-wide IT risk.
Required Skills and Competencies:
10+ years of experience in technology, IT Risk and/or Cyber Security
Strong Program Management skills with experience working in an enterprise environment
Excellent verbal and written communications skills with an ability to build working relationships and a proven track record of interacting effectively with end-users, Information Security and Technology professionals
Able to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team, adopt Agile ways of working and drive for results
Must possess strong analytical capabilities and have a desire to learn new things
Demonstrated experience overseeing IT and Cyber-related risk assessments in a complex technical environment
Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM or CRP is a plus
