Postuler REF: BIR62505106

About us

Owned by BNP Paribas, one of the world’s top performing banks, we are a global and UK leading player within the vehicle leasing industry. The growth that we’ve achieved in recent years and the number of major industry awards that we’ve won are testament to our innovative products, strong service ethics and most of all, the commitment and skill of our teams. Together, we’re the wheels behind business. Because leasing vehicles is about so much more than just getting from A to B. Joining us, your passion and skill will help make every journey a great one, and we’ll help you steer your career from strength to strength.

About the role

This is a brand new role that sits within our exciting Customer Experience Team. Their key objective is to successfully rewire our business and help drive a positive change that will then have a long lasting impact on our customers. We want to focus on the customer and deliver the service they want and in the way they want it. The way it should be.

In this role you will provide specialist Learning and Development (L&D) knowledge and will create, deliver (through blended learning) and evaluate an effective programme that supports our Customer Experience strategy across the business to help us future proof and satisfy ever changing regulatory requirements.

You will demonstrate a clear passion for the customer whilst coaching and developing in a way that will support the creation of a customer focused culture, providing support and motivating people across the business. You will provide regular MI to senior business colleagues and will take the lead on Customer Experience L&D initiatives to ensure a consistent, reliable and stakeholder focussed range of solutions and services are provided.

Lastly, you will develop a detailed understanding of best practice in training, learning and development by building networks in the UK fleet industry as well as looking for opportunities across other UK sectors and the international environment.

Pay Zone level – A4

About you

Through your pure enthusiasm and infectious personality you will use your finely tuned communication and influencing skills to provide creative innovative solutions that will change our culture and approach to people development. We need someone who is able to build relationships quickly and will very likely be known for their exuberant personality.

You may have experience in a similar training role and so are able to demonstrate covering the complete training cycle. However, this isn’t vital as we are also keen to consider people who have trained and developed as part of a Management role.

What is most important is your ability to interact across multiple stakeholders to senior level, maintain credibility and keep a positive momentum to ensure change. Experience of working to tight deadlines and in an ever changing workload is also important.

Application process

Successful applicants will be invited via email to complete an automated online video interview so you can tell us all about yourself before we decide who to bring in for a final interview. This can be done on your mobile phone, tablet or laptop at any time of day so gives you complete flexibility. Full instructions and a Hints & Tips video will follow.
