Since 2015, BNP Paribas Wealth Management has a competence center in Lisbon (PIMH = Portugal International Markets Hub) to manage activities for several locations (Switzerland, Luxemburg, Germany, Monaco …).

We are currently reinforcing this team and we are looking for a:

WMIS Lisbon Contracts & Invoices management Officer

WMIS (Wealth Management Information System) Lisbon is part of PIMH.

The candidate will report locally to the Head of WMIS Lisbon and in Paris to WM CIO’s assistant.


  • Ensure the IT consultancy contracts finalization as per legal and procurement requirements

  • Ensure the follow up of the related invoices:

    • Validation

    • Payment

    • Answers to external companies’ questions

  • Agenda update’s for senior managers

  • Travels organization

  • Liaising with facilities or IT for a team of about 40 persons (eg: new joiners process)


  • At least 8 years’ experience working in a multi-cultural environment and with remote teams

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to liaise with accounting teams

  • Successful experience in reporting to several senior managers

  • Very good communication skills (written / spoken) in English and if possible good ones in French

  • Very good organization skills and ability to meet deadlines as well as review priorities at short notice

  • Problem-solving mindset
