Client Account Manager Private Capital (M/F)
Permanent Contract
Your mission
Be the interface between clients and Private Capital department
from BP2S Luxembourg in order to follow-up the daily service delivery
Manage a portfolio of
client accounts
Operate as the point of
contact for clients
Develop and maintain
relationships with clients often through regular meetings and phone calls
Act as the first point of
contact for client questions and requests
Talk to other departments
in the bank in order to facilitate clients requests
Make sure clients receive
requested products and services in a timely manner
Ensure close cooperation on transversal issues
with different bank departments
Ensure
service delivery quality
Ensure operational follow-up of the quality of
service delivery to Private Capital clients
Maintain quality log and
client action log
Be the escalation for clients inside Private
Capital department
Communicate clearly the progress of
monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
Track Client relationship
status through
Client satisfaction
matrix and action log
Feed CSM for Client Quality Meetings
Active Participation to Client Quality Meetings
