About Businessline/Function :

The APAC Nearshore department is a Cross Border team located in Mumbai. The department is servicing entities across APAC including:

  • BNPP Group legal entities under CIB Finance responsibility in North, South East Asia and Australia.
  • The functional scope covers Financial Accounting & Reporting, Credit Risk Reporting, Management Accounting, the articulation with ALM-T systems and contribution to the Liquidity Reporting.

Position Purpose

The main responsibility for the change management function involves driving of the systems and process transformation required for the rollout of One Finance System (OFS) (General Ledger Migration Project) with alignment of all accounting, reporting, accounting controls and related processes with the target processes for Finance under OFS


  1. Study of current processes and documentation of the current operating model(COM) with the help of SPOC’s in charge of the current processes across Finance
  2. Translation of current processes (COM) to the target operating model (TOM) under OFS clearly highlighting the role of the each team involved in the process
  3. Preparation/Alignment of roadmaps, RACI and other global documentation as required during the program
  4. Work closely with the central teams on the jurisdiction and profiles for target users for each entity and closely liaise with the FRESH/IT teams to complete the access management setup
  5. Lead and effectively manage the various program global, regional and local governance meetings
  6. Adapt and standardize with the global Target operating model for the region in conjunction with the central
  7. Define training plan for target users under OFS and closely work with the migration and other project teams as required for the on-boarding of users under the respective OFS processes as per TOM

Specific Qualifications (if required)

  1. Good accounting knowledge of banking products/activity
  2. Good understanding of accounting controls framework
  3. Knowledge of financial reporting processes in Banking and Capital Market industry
  4. Knowledge of Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB) activities and products
  5. Good communication (oral and written), organisation and documentation skills.
