Cash Management Technical Officer

 

The Cash Management Technical Officer (CMTO) provides day-to-day support to corporate clients on electronic banking, cash management and other various services and is responsible for the set-up, implementation, training and on-going maintenance of all cash management solutions for new and existing customers. Responsible for technical set-up and daily support of e-banking,Cash Management products and managing a client portfolio. The processes performed by the overall team are client-facing (mainly with  the client’s Financial, Treasury and client’s ITstaff).

In this position you

  • Provide corporate clients with daily support on cash management services, including electronic banking, cash pools, Sepa Direct Debit contracts, CPS contracts, MT940 reporting and other cash management products
  • Provide trainings and demos on online banking tools
  • Provide support and input to Front Office/Sales team on technical and implementation matters
  • Draft and manage cash management contracts
  • Arrange technical set-up and implementation of all cash management solutions
  • Ensure fee registration of cash management products
  • Act as first point of escalation
  • Light implementation and participation kick off meetings for new clients
  • Test payment files and help clients use bank tool to perform file testing
  • Test new  products and functionalities

The requirements

  • Strong knowledge of Cash Management products
  • Minimal 2 years of relevant Dutch Client Management banking experience
  • Extensive Customer Contact experience
  • Strong XML (ISO 20022) knowledge
  • Well developed training skills
  • Knowlegde of ITIL processes
  • Accurate & organized
