Missions

-      Contributes to the development of Cash Management activities

-      Is a Cash Management expert

-      Develops sales of Cash Management products

Roles and responsibilities

-      Supports RMs in selling Cash Management products

o   Supports RMs in sales pitches and answers or coordinates answers to local RFPs

o   Directly markets and sells to a selected portfolio of clients

o   Supports RMs in product demonstrations to clients when required

o   Sets local prices of Cash Management products within regional guidelines or upon specific validation from management

-      Markets Cash Management within the organisation (RM’s)

-      Markets and sells structured Cash Management products to clients

-      Provides support in answering to Regional and Global Cash Management RFPs

-      Develops a close relationship and understanding of a portfolio selected of clients chosen in adequacy with the global CTBE/CTBE Cash Management client targeting strategy

-      Proposes the development of new products based on an in depth understanding of local clients needs

-      Supports the Cash Management Competence Centre Product Managers in setting up/implementing product development strategies

-      Benchmarks, where appropriate, bank offering with that of competition

-      Reports on Client Portfolio Cash Management activity

Levers

-      Involves Relationship Managers when necessary

-      Leverages marketing guidelines/material provided by Cash Management Competence Centre

-      Calls upon local Head of Cash Management for most significant client meetings

Reporting and evaluation criteria

-      Cash Management Officer has a reporting line to Head of Cash Management (country).

-      Cash Management Officer is evaluated upon

o   Realisation of revenue & margin objectives for Cash Management within Client Portfolio

o   Cooperation with Relationship Managers

o   Contribution in answering to pan European RFPs
