Position Purpose / 職務の目的
Under the supervision of the L3 Manager, Assist in the daily operation and task of the L3 support engineers Team;
- Provide technical assistance to Project Team and ensure acceptance, close down and handover into service.
- Direct involvement in incidents or problems irrespective of priority that cause service impact
- Collaboration and Escalation to 3rd party vendors and Global Team within BNP Group
- Supporting corporate cloud migration Project; Provisioning and delivery
- Inventory Management
- Provide Technical direction for continuous process improvement.
- Assisting in organizing, planning and implementing L3 Team operation strategy

Direct Responsibilities
- Vendor and External Contract renewal
- Procurement management ( PO / PR )
- Ensure that the department processes are documented and updated with the appropriate evaluation of technology and product lifecycle, and referencing processes
Contributing Responsibilities
- Partners with Stakeholders to clearly articulate technical requirements and acceptance criteria of project.
- Lead By example
Business Knowledge / 求められるビジネス知識
- Fundamental insurance business knowledge in Japan
- A good understanding of the insurance Industry
- Understanding of ROI, CBA
Technical Experience / Competencies / 求められる技術的経験・コンピテンシー
- +3 years of relevant professional experience (Network/ Datacenter/ System admin)
- Network Configuration experience (DNS/DHCP/VLans)
- Knowledge of Cisco data networking products, firewalls, and load balancing technology
- Familiar with Incident management Best practices and Framework. ITIL
