Position Summary

The Business Strategy and Operations Manager, reports to our Head of Enterprise Services (Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Security and Location Strategy) and will have an immediate impact on the team's productivity, by streamlining and prioritizing strategic initiatives, overseeing department and enterprise wide projects, and communicating objectives within the ES team and between departments across the company. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience leading major initiatives, with a special focus on executive-level presentation and cross functional and interdepartmental collaboration.   The Business Strategy & Operations Manager must thrive in highly ambiguous environments and possess agility to work at tactical, strategic and operational levels.  S/he will identify project issues early and recommend solutions to the leadership. Making sure all initiatives align with goals and are prioritized.  Keeping a focus on delivering operational excellence and supporting the transformation to a “best in class” services organization.     

 


Essential Job Functions 


  • Review current key business processes and modify as necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reflect operational excellence and a high level of organizational effectiveness.   

  • Partners with Head of ES to develop executive level presentations regarding department initiatives to ensure effective communication to executives and across the enterprise as it relates to programs and key projects. .

  • Provides business analytics; reviews/analyzes metrics; identifies key insights and opportunities for improvements aligning with a well-run organization.  

  • Maintain a consistent distribution of reporting and notification to Senior Management and when needed BNPP, other parts of the Group and the Bank.  

  • Identifies, refines and develop team goals, and ensure team is tracking to achieve those goals.

  • Directs development of work plans, schedules, resource plans, and status reports. Provides overall leadership to project teams.  

  • Communicate priorities, activities, and results to the larger organization, while ensuring deliverables are met. Have a strong pulse and feedback loop on organizational needs.

  • Improve the department’s ability to complete projects through better and more efficient project management.


Job Specifications

  • 8-10+ years minimum prior relevant experience.   

  • Requires broad management knowledge of 

  • Requires knowledge of real estate function within corporate environment.  

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related degree
  • Master’s/Advanced Degree preferred
