Strategy and Operations Manager, reports to our Head of Enterprise Services
(Corporate Real Estate, Corporate Security and Location Strategy) and will have
an immediate impact on the team's productivity, by streamlining and
prioritizing strategic initiatives, overseeing department and enterprise wide projects,
and communicating objectives within the ES team and between departments across
the company. The ideal candidate has demonstrated experience leading major initiatives,
with a special focus on executive-level presentation and cross functional and interdepartmental
collaboration. The Business Strategy
& Operations Manager must thrive in highly ambiguous environments and possess
agility to work at tactical, strategic and operational levels. S/he will identify project issues early and recommend
solutions to the leadership. Making sure all initiatives align with goals and

Essential Job Functions
Review current key business processes and modify as
necessary to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and reflect
