  • Contributes to the implementation of the strategy by facilitating and coordinating regional transformation projects, business development initiatives and activities (cross-functional & cross-country).

  • Provides support to the Regional CEO / Country Heads in all strategic topics and in setting priorities in the region.

  • Contributes to the success of the region by driving strategic projects and contributes to the business development activities of Corporate Coverage and Business Lines in the region.

  • Monitors information flow and ensures the Regional CEO’s involvement in a project and decision-making process at the right moment and delivers on agreed decisions.

  • Prepares meetings and provides follow-up to ensure productivity and efficiency of the agenda of the Regional CEO.

  • Provides support to the Regional CEO and other Regional Managers with analyses and reports on business activity and performance.

  • Acts as Committee Secretary to the Central Europe Regional Executive Committee.


  • Degree in Finance and/or Economics

  • Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Corporate Banking sector

  • Fluency in English and Hungarian (written and oral)

  • Strong cross-functional project management skills

  • Strong proven background on delivering results

  • Business minded attitude combined with excellent analytical skills

  • Multitasking, ability to manage different projects & tasks at the same time

  • Excellent communication skills, ability to persuade

  • Strong fundamentals in banking and finance

  • Doer attitude with good initiatives

  • Positive and energetic personality
