Mission and Objectives

The mission of the team is to drive the transformation within Management Accounting world by providing full-integrated solutions: supporting OFS Roll-Out program, implementing digitalization solutions within Actuals stream, redesigning reporting processes supported by new agile solutions as well as providing functional and systems expertise.

As the business analyst the main responsibilities will be:

  • Drive Finance Transformation initiatives ensuring their contribution to Finance’s ambition and strategy through execution of business analyst best practices.
  • Work on the management accounting stream aiming the rationalization and standardization of the management accounting rules, process and systems across the world. Role focused on UK entity, in order to ensure the migration of the entity to the new GL for Management Accounting stream.
  • Identify priorities, defining its proper strategy along  and on boarding in alignment with the stakeholders (Finance & Fresh).
  • Define testing strategy, and accompany the user in order to get their validation for the migration.
  • Analysis of current tools, processes, Current Operating Model in order to define the TOM, Target Operating Model for the migration.
  • Manage interdependencies, identify risks and develop mitigation plans while ensuring project quality.
  • Be able to communicate key topics and risk to the management to facilitate the take of decisions.
  • Establish and conduct meetings to communicate objectives, expectations, project roles, status updates, track open issues, and work with all groups and clients to resolve issues as required.
  • Contribute to the change management produced by the change of systems or processes.


Training and occupational experience

  • Business school or University Graduate, Master Degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering.
  • 3-8 years of experience in Finance within the Banking sector as Business Analyst, Consultant, Financial Accounting, Reporting, Business/financial analysis/Management Accounting/ Client profitability / Credit risk / ALMT in banking industry would be a plus),
  • Experience as business analyst in: Finance systems/interfaces implementation/migration projects (business analysis, functional requirements, User Acceptance testing).
  • Experience of working in international environment appreciated.


Essential specific requirements

  • Strong knowledge of banking activities and products.
  • Knowledge of Project Management processes and workflow.
  • IT skills: Excel advanced user, database consultation (SQL, Business Objects, COGNOS), PowerPoint.  Knowledge of Finance tools and systems would be a plus.
  • Language: fluent in English (both oral and written) and French would be a plus.
  • Excellent communication (spoken and written) and capability to work and interact with people of different expertise and hierarchical level.
  • Ability to adapt to change and client oriented.
  • Collaborative work and team player.
  • Organizational skills: autonomy, capacity to manage several tasks in parallel, to prioritize and to manage a pressure.
