Position Purpose
Act as a Business Analyst in the APAC region focusing on China applications for Core Banking (CB).
Key Responsibilities
Business Analyst
• Deliver the appropriate documents(FSD/BRD/TSD) required by projects or enhancement requests;
• Provide functional support for CB applications;
• Working with various internal infra teams to plan/build the desirable infrastructure;
• Working with architecture team and IT security team to ensure full compliance with the bank’s internal standards;
• Collection and review of user requirements;
• Ability to think creatively and have a passion for solving complex challenges;
• Working efficiently together with local vendors and development team in India to deliver the best possible solutions
• Provide effort estimation for enhancement requests;
• Acting as level 3 production support;
• Preparing test scenario, test plan;
• Conduct systems integrated testing;
• Planning and coordination of Users acceptance test;
• Participate in Change Control Board (CCB) meetings;
• Conduct users training;

Specific Qualifications Required
Education
: Bachelor’s degree in Finance and accountancy or IT field
Language: Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese to support user in China
Skills
: Business Analyst with Core Banking with technical/functional background
Experience range: 7 + years of experience in Financial Services as Business Analyst
(gathering requirements, creating system specifications, data analysis)
Technical: Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, Unix commands/scripting and infra setup skills
