Responsibilities

Project Management:
•    Lead locally driven projects
•    Participate/coordinate transversal projects (Head Office and APAC driven)

Governance:
•    Coordinate/lead governance committees (Regulatory Affair, OPC meeting, Internal Control Committee, Supplier Risk Committee)
•    Outsourcing Management coordination (SLA, LOMC)

OPC:
•    Conducting Operational Risk & Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) and define/execute OPC controls when deem necessary
•    Reviewing and escalating historical incidents / recurring weaknesses to management and independent control function as required
•    Executing Business / Function Control Plans in coordination with Metier / Function regional OPCs
•    Executing control plan covering transversal COO scope
•    Monitoring audit & regulatory recommendations at country level
•    Coordinating local TAC/ NAC on transversal subjects
•    OPC governance and awareness (monthly OPC meetings, bi-annual TICC committee)
•    Monitoring procedures management (Business and function)

Procurement:
•    Vendor management (new or renewal of contracts)
•    Procurement support (various assets/equipment/stationery etc.)
•    ARIBA registration (Upload, terminate, amend contracts)

Transversal:
•    Office renovation/fit-out/re-stacking work arrangement support
•    General insurance control (local & global for CIB)
•    Procedure management
•    Safekeeping vital documents (eg Procurement contracts/SLAs/Membership certificates etc.)
•    Support Safedesk inspection
•    User Access right management local coordinator
•    Other general admin tasks

SSM responsibility:

The 2SM is functionally place under the responsibility of the Territory PPSM. The purpose of the 2SM role is to support the Territory PPSM to in place the following:

•    Governance

  • Organize, twice a year, the Territory Safety and Security committee to review safety-security risks and incidents and the general 2S activities,
  • Monitor the safety and security activity in a report that helps territory senior management to assess the adequacy of the Safety & Security provisions and means to the risk.

•    Risk Analysis

  • Conduct the yearly assessments coordinated by Global CIB 2SM on the territory exposure level to safety and security risks. Propose appropriate remedial measures to the Territory PPSM to mitigate the risks as needed.
  • Monitor and analyse safety and security incidents and propose adapted mitigation plans as needed with the support of relevant stakeholders.
  • In territory under CIB supervision, assess and propose to PPS Group the general country risk assessment (Country Risk Assessment document).

•    Operational Safety and Security

  • Implement the Safety and Security requirements of the PPS Group and CIB policies,
  • Design and set up processes, procedures and standards related to safety-security to protect people, sites and means as needed to supplement global and regional processes and procedures.
  • Prepare Safety-Security emergency response plans for exceptional situations as needed based on the risk profile of the territory.
  • Manage security systems and equipment, conduct security controls to ensure robustness and operational readiness,
  • Identify, assess and communicate safety-security vulnerabilities to the People & Property Security Managers (PPSM) and supplemented with appropriate corrective measures,
  • Declare Safety & Security incidents to the CIB 2S coordinator and the PPS Group function,
  • Monitor the regulatory requirements changes with respect to safety and security management.
  • Take part where necessary in the management of crisis situations or safety-security incidents.
  • Follow up on gaps identified by OPC on the Safety and Security Generic Control Plan.

•    Mobility

  • Work closely with global 2SM and territory BCM to support the territory crisis management to locate presence of travelers in case of emergency or crisis situation.

Technical and Behavioral Competencies required

  • Excellent capacity to analyze and synthetize. Strong experience in project management/change management
  • Excellent capacity to explain and expose key messages orally and in writing. Strong experience in preparing and presenting committee with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent communication skills with pairs and top management: can mobilize and persuade.
  • Strong player on Transversal topics: explain, help, report, support. Transparent and reliable.
  • Autonomous thinking and opinion with strong curiosity: can decide and autonomously dig in problems perceived or anticipated, in order to have full comprehension and be able to analyze the impacts for the objectives.

Experience and Qualifications required

  • Professional proficiency in English
  • Ability to be flexible and fast learning capability
  • Good communication skills in a multicultural setting
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills
  • Follow deadlines, organize, and prioritize work
  • Project management and/or process re-engineering experience
