q  The IT Identity Access Management (IAM) Technology Lead will have responsibility over all IT development within the IAM IT team, including business use and bank-wide promotion of tool use, service and user access request fulfillment, training, QA and reporting on IAM team business process results. This Technology Lead will work closely with the Onshore Stakeholders and Business Manager and update on Projects and progress also manage the technical development and support of various IAM tools.

Position Purpose

Purpose of this role is to support the ongoing application customization within Commercial Banking- Treasury Technology. Looking to hire developer with deep technical skill.

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

Responsible for Leading the design, development, modification, testing, adaption, and/or implementation of short- and long-term software solutions to business and technology needs. Reviews system requirements and business processes; codes, tests, debugs and implements software solutions. Works independently in a fast paced environment on issues of the highest complexity.

  • Demonstrates expert knowledge and understanding of the key principles of Identity and Access Management with an in-depth knowledge of authentication, authorization, implementation, and governance.
  • Maintains working knowledge of multifactor authentication (MFA) architectures and multiple access management systems (PAM, SSO, IAG, IAM).
  • Develops and prepares budgets, project plans including scheduling, costs, resources, and other operational concerns.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills with ability to take highly technical information and present to all levels of management, technical staffs, and business/professional contacts.
  • Analyzes business systems specifications.
  • Defines and documents product requirements, project deliverables, and product acceptance criteria.
  • Interfaces with clients in identifying needs.
  • Develops feasibility studies and business proposals for hardware/software solutions.
  • Plans business and related technical training for new technologies and processes.
  • Advises and directs staff on resolving production and testing problems.
  • Manages and administers projects and service requests.
  • Advises management on these matters.
  • Ensures adherence to Bank and information systems policies and procedures, security measures, and audit standards.
  • Supervises installation of vendor solutions and maintenance.
  • Instructs personnel and verifies the quality of performance.

·       Anticipates operational/techincal needs and develops plans to ensure system needs are met.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Experience – 10 Years and Above

Must have Skills:

•Requires deep knowledge of OIM/IAM typically obtained through advanced education combined with experience.

•Requires 7 years minimum prior relevant experience.

•6+ years recent/current hands on experience with Core Java, OIM and IAM

•Possess strong background in API Integration

•Typically viewed as a specialist within discipline and possess broad knowledge of project management.

•Experience with SailPoint IIQ 7.2, Bean Shell, IIQ provisioning, business processes is desired.

•Successfully lead the design, development, implementation of a critical and complex part of an Identity and Access Management solutions. This includes building brand new systems, or enhancements, modifications to existing software. Implementing POCs and comparing different technologies.

•Hands-on experience developing and deploying large-scale enterprise Identity & Access with subject matter expertise in OIM in following areas:

◦connector development

◦approval workflows

◦custom event handlers

◦custom scheduled tasks

◦reconciliation

◦OIM API Management.

◦Good Knowledge on the ICF framework

◦Experience in disconnected and connected application integration

◦Developing automation Frameworks for IAM

◦Have experience in REST API development

◦Have working knowledge of Unix, WebLogic, SSL certificates

 Nice to have Skills:

- Knowledge of Polymer
- Practitioner of Test Driven Development.
