Transformation Office is a function within Finance Shared Services, which consists of Program/ Project Management, Business Management, Transition Management and L1 Application Support. The department also works on Reengineering initiatives. Functionally, the team has a wide skill sets comprising of cost analytics, change mindset, project SDLC understanding and very strong stakeholder management.

Position Purpose

This position is for a role of a Automation and Digitization expert within Transformation office to create and maintain automated solutions leveraging excel Macros, VBA, Tableau, Sharepoint and Other BI tools

Individual needs to work closely along with all business heads in opportunity identification for automations, value creation and digitization to enhance customer experience

Responsibilities

Direct Responsibilities

 

Must have 7-10 years of relevant experience in the area of Automation, Digitization and providing solutions leveraging below skill set.

·       VBA and Excel macros development & support –

o   Must have strong understanding of SDLC (Waterfall model to develop automated solutions for Finance)

o   Adherence to BNP standards for developing code for respective processes

o   Ensure 100% adherence to framework of automation with complying with all necessary documentation, approvals and data storage & maintenance of the developed solutions

o   Adherence to organizational policies and prescribed Framework (RADAR) for digital solutions

o   Tracking, Maintaining and Recertification of excel macros/ solutions on a regular basis / agreed frequency

o   Ensure timely update and reporting to Head of the Transformation office and to key stakeholders

o   Identifying automation opportunities within finance to support business teams to eliminate manual interventions

o   Should be able to Understand & explain critical excel formulas.

o   Create standard dashboards to highlight updates, issues and risks

·       Sharepoint & Tableau skills –

o   Design and maintenance of SharePoint pages / subsites.

o   Design & maintenance of Tableau reports.

·       Oracle skills –

o   Good knowledge of Oracle database structure & fields with data types.

o   Creating SQL DDL & DML queries.

o   Understanding ODBC connections.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

 Technical –

1.    Strong knowledge VBA macros excel formulas.

2.    Strong knowledge of Tableau and SharePoint.

3.    Good knowledge of MS office products.

4.    Good knowledge of Power BI

5.    Must be a team player and able to collaborate with business teams

6.    Excellent in identifying automation scope and should be able to understand problem statement and provide appropriate solutions.

7.    Good Dashboard and Report creating skills

8.    Must have strong communication skills – Verbal and written

Specific Qualifications (if required)

Bachelor’s Degrees in Computers and Technology

Certification course on BI (Tableau, Power BI etc. would be an additional advantage)
