Oxygen COO Office mission is to
support Oxygen Management on the platform transversal topics on both locations
(Lisbon and Madrid) relying on the six teams: Cost Monitoring, Oxygen Support,
People Matters, Project Management Services, Smart Working and Spine.
As assistant in the Oxygen Support team your main
responsibilities are listed below.
Managing daily agendas of senior managers, requiring
regular contacts with other managers and their assistants, locally and in other
Organization of meetings and booking of meeting rooms
Organization of events with international visitors and
trainings for the teams
Participate in the preparation of presentations for
Preparing minutes of management meetings
Making travel arrangements for top managers (booking
hotels, flights, transportation, restaurants) and point of contact with travel
Other administrative and support tasks and ad hoc
Required level of education: Undergraduate or Bachelor
on a relevant area
Professional experience: At least 2-year experience as
a management assistant
Experience of working in an international environment valuable
Native speaking Portuguese or Spanish
Advanced English is mandatory and French speaking is a
MS Office Suite, Sharepoint
Communication, presentation and organization skills
Client and solution oriented
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
in a fast-paced and dynamic environment language (oral & written skills)
Strong work ethics
Stress resistant and ability to cope with pressure and
