 Head of Corporate Transaction Management – Transversal


MISSION AND OBJECTIVES

Corporate Transaction Management (TM) focuses on providing complex transaction management, and specialized sector knowledge for global banking activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Main responsibilities will cover the following:

• Assist in developing process flows or streamlining transversal process flows and controls impacting the corporate platform. Assist in rollout the new processes and requirements to the affected businesses within corporate platform
• Assist in monitor and review past due and exception reports for the Corporate Platform, and investigate and escalate outstanding issues with the relationship manager or account officer or senior management
• Assist in creation of management reports and analysis (reports/dashboards/key metrics & indicators)
• Assist in  management of client referential data and swingline activities
• Assist in management of doubtful debt files.
• Assist in maintaining of Sharepoint site.


TRAINING AND OCCUPATIONAL EXPERIENCE

• 1-2 years’ experience in relevant skills
• BS or MBA degree in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Knowledge of the financial/banking industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills


ESSENTIAL SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
• Audit and/or Consulting background a plus
• BS or MBA in Finance, Accounting or related fields
• Knowledge of the financial/banking industry
• Understand finance systems and presentation of finance data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to express technical and business concepts orally and in writing
• Proficiency in Microsoft office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Analytical and detail oriented
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
