IT administrator

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Insure the administration and maintenance of IT services
  • IT Operations Service Desk represent the daily basis job
    • Request management
    • Change management
    • Incident management
    • Problem management
  • Good understanding of infrastructure maintenance and support
    • Internal and external network
    • Server management
    • Device management
  • Strong focus on Software management
    • Installation, configuration, support and troubleshooting with cooperation of external suppliers or Group teams
    • License management
  • Monitoring, User management and Deployment
    • Servers, services performance and issues, and alerting when an anomaly occurs
    • Resources (RAM, disk space, utilization of servers and network components)
  • User management
    • Creation, modification and deletion of user profiles
  • Workstation Infrastructure Deployment
    • Workstations deployment
    • Deployment of improvements and fixes to the network and infrastructure
  • Meet agreed deadlines
  • Cooperate with other colleagues/departments and offer them support when needed
  • Work closely with internal and external IT departments
  • Provide a high level cooperation with multi-cultural teams in Continental Europe

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field

  • Experience at least 3 years in a same position for server and User management

  • Fluency in English language is a must and any other European language is an advantage

  • Interested in following new server and infrastructure technologies and relevant communities

  • Has strong communication and problem solving skills

  • Strong organizational skills; prioritization of tasks and projects

  • Pays attention to details

  • Analytical, team player and solution oriented

  • Demonstrate an active and positive approach.
