BNP Paribas CIB has decided to develop a platform in Lisbon in order to support all EMEA DD teams. One of the main objectives will be to support the deployment of this platform (preparation, implementation, follow up) in Lisbon and liaise with the EMEA countries to ensure good communication and transition. To coordinate the deployment and maintenance of the platform, we need a dedicated person for a Business Management Role consisting in the follow-up, monitoring and coordination on behalf DD EMEA Management along with other missions.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drafting term sheets, sales support material and presentations;
- Proposing investment topics and related investment proposals
- Reviewing final terms together with legal teams;
- Coordinating with the audit team for sales support materials
- Handling invoices processing together with the middle & back offices;
- Monitor competitors’ activity, produce daily, weekly and monthly reports for the business;
Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Audit or related fields
Precision & attention to details
Microsoft Office skills
Good communication skills, Commercial mind-set and Entrepreneurial attitude
Fluent in English (Mandatory)
Fluent in French (Mandatory)
