In this exciting role you will motivate and lead a team of 16-18 internal Account Managers who look after corporate clients on a dual/multi supply basis. It’s a highly competitive market so you will ensure we are the slickest, quickest and most competitive whilst also delighting customers. The customer is at the heart of what we do and this mind-set has helped us win industry praise and some great awards.
Working alongside other Team Managers, your role will be to set the pace and objectives of the team whilst motivating and coaching them to achieve their objectives and sales targets, both individually and collectively as a team. You will drive a culture of continuous improvement to guarantee efficiencies are identified and implemented.
Relationships with our Business Managers and externally with your customers will also play a key part in your role as you look to drive the business. You will be required to be highly visible and ensure customer escalations are handled with care and efficiency.
Pay zone level – B1
We are looking for an energetic and confident individual who has proven experience in managing and leading a team and can evidence this success through target achievement, customer satisfaction and team development. Ideally you will be familiar with the complete employee life cycle from recruitment to inspiring people to shine and change.
You will be an excellent communicator who is competent and credible whether in discussion with your team or externally with customers. You will be able to effortlessly negotiate your way around a range of stakeholders, all the while exceeding customer expectations. Your naturally high energy levels will be plain for all to see and will help drive your team to deliver.
It would be very useful if you came from a fleet or leasing background. Not vital, but useful.
Finally, we are looking for someone who has a high level of resilience. We are in a highly competitive market and need someone who can keep smiling and leading through the inevitable highs and lows.
