ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
 
The Sustainability Officer will support the CIB Sustainable Finance team by assisting in the development of internal projects and deliver good quality service to internal clients."
  • Project content:
    • Autonomously frame, design and lead the delivery of one or several projects under supervision of a Senior Manager
    • Perform thorough, systematic analysis of key industry trends; legal and regulatory issues; current and potential competitors
    • Create and maintain comprehensive sustainability products database, with focus on market share, growth projections and trends, and market forces
    • Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of internal clients ESG profile and KPIs, through reading reports, market research, data manipulation and analysis
    • Deliver meaningful content bringing out-of-the-box ideas on top of classic methodologies
  • Client focus:
    • Establish collaborative relationships with internal clients while maintaining independence and capacity to challenge them
    • Manage efficiently internal client’s and project’s stakeholders showing critical thinking, emotional and political intelligence
    • Assist Senior Managers with developing appropriate positive impact products/strategies for clientes-facing meetings and supporting actions/implementation
PROFILE
  • Graduated from a top Business or Engineering school
  • Professional experience: minimum 2 years of experience in consulting or project management role
  • General banking industry knowledge as a plus
  • Good analytical skills and ability to structure solutions
  • Fluency in English is compulsory, French is a strong plus
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influence skills
  • Great adaptability capabilities
