Within the residential arena, BNPPRE has a boutique fully serviced Central London Residential agency offering to include New Homes, Development Consultancy and Agency, Affordable Housing and Capital Markets.

The role

Ability to work on own initiative selling new homes for the banks high profile developer clients. Office based telephone sales role building relationships with the banks customer base, registering and qualifying new buyer enquiries and arranging appointments for customers to view and visit the various new homes schemes.
Attend viewing appointments, closing and arranging sales, often in an ‘off plan’ environment and cross selling a variety of new build developments. This results focused culture will suit ambitious experienced sales people with a proven track record and an appetite to advance their career.
A commitment to excellent customer service as well as achieving sales targets is a must. A knowledge of the London residential sales market whilst preferred is not essential, effective IT skills for updating the client databases, and a knowledge of the sales and conveyancing process expected.

Essential qualifications
  • A-Level education or equivalent

Essential experience

  • Previous estate agency and or new homes sales experience
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Demonstrable ability to cross-sell to multiple developments
