The Internal Consultant/Project Management Officer is supporting RISK APAC in its strategic projects and its transformation efforts. Reporting to RISK APAC Chief of Staff and to the Head of RISK Consulting (RISK COO). He/she will lead and contribute to projects around four main areas:
- Operational efficiency
- Innovation projects and new ways of working
- Set-up of new organization and operating models
- Regulatory expertise
Leveraging on RISK Consulting methodologies, expertise and network, the Internal Consultant/Project Management Officer will work in close collaboration with the CRO APAC, the Regional Heads of RISK Domains, RISK COO teams as well as relevant Business and Functions stakeholders.
Contribute to the definition, coordination, preparation, follow-up and implementation of strategic projects in RISK APAC (e.g. Transformation, Innovation, Organization, Regulatory-related)
Provide RISK Consulting methodological / expertise support to RISK APAC teams on project management, through training, communication and direct support to project leaders.
Ensure a strong coordination with RISK Consulting team
Contribute to the prioritization/ acceleration of projects
Secure the delivery of projects by escalating any issue and identify/propose relevant solutions
Coordinate and communicate with RISK Domains to ensure operational efficiency in projects implementation.
Propose meaningful governance on project management, participate to the on-boarding of key stakeholders and coordinate their contribution
Develop and produce metrics as well as status reports reflecting the progress of RISK APAC projects, in close coordination with RISK Domains.
Provide assistance and support to the RISK APAC Chief of Staff on any ad-hoc project
Technical & Behavioral Competencies
- Previous experience in Consulting or Project Management and related methodology/tools
- Business knowledge : previous exposure to risks topics will be positively taken into account
