Reconciliation SSC APS-Support Analyst
Standard / Permanent
In charge of the user issues and requirements processing (access & connections, data distribution issues, queries and extractions needs)
End user functional support
Analyze and fix issues raised by clients (Operations/Finance)
Ensure internal and external communication about the incidents/ service requests/ changes impacting the application landscape
Monitor End to End execution
Propose improvements related to the support activity (including but not limited to batch performance, change management, service requests & production incidents)
Log Issues and Resolution processes.
Soft Skills/Experience required:
Must be able to work closely with end users and developers
Expected to work in night shift from 10 pm to 6 am IST on rotational basis.
Effective Communication, Rigour, Method, Autonomy, Patience.
Reactivity & Ability to understand problems and situations and to draw out logical conclusions.
Experience- 2+ years' experience in functional/technical support activities
Educational Qualifications: B.E / B. tech or equivalent
Preferred Certifications / Affiliations:
- Certifications from NSE/BSE/AIMR/CFA Institute/Others
- ITIL Certifications
• Knowledge of Intellimatch 8.1 or 9.1 R2
• SQL (requests (insert, update, delete), joins, stored procedures, indexes)
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) activities
Knowledge on any ETL tool
Knowledge on Unix commands
Tools: JIRA, Service Now.
