FINANCIAL AND TECHNICAL EXPERTISE
To provide an efficient administration and support service to the Edinburgh office at all times.
Office Hours: 08:30 to 6.00pm Monday to Friday
Occasional weekends hours to cover bank holidays/sickness/annual leave.
Operating the telephone system, answering and screening calls, dealing with enquiries and emails into the Edinburgh email account and Reapit internet registrations
Ensuring the Reception area, meeting room and kitchen are kept tidy
Responding, logging and organising all brochure/home report and viewing requests in a timely and professional manner on the firm’s bespoke Reapit database
Creating, replenishing and printing up-to-date property list
To proactively and efficiently file and organise all required documents
Support all colleagues in the use of company software
Participate in training and acquire any such additional technical knowledge which from time to time will need to be updated and reviewed, along with any other reasonable associated tasks
Comply at all times with the company Health & Safety Policy
Comply at all times with the Company Handbook.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills:
- Interaction with clients
- Liaising with consultants
- Used to dealing with people at a senior level.
- Strong typing skills.
- Experienced IT: Word, Excel and email at advanced level.
- Ability to work alone, using initiative.
- Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for the role.
- Strong sense of commitment to exceptional client service.
- Presentation showing a professional image.
