Position Purpose
  • This role is to cater to all daily activities within Organization & Control Services area.

Key Responsibilities


By order of priority:


Support O&C team activities:


#1   –  Support Operations and Control as follow:

  • Ensure compliance with standards of the Permanent Control framework and Operational Risk set-up in the Country;
  • Contribute to all duties at country level for area where a CIB OPC Métier / Function has no identified OPC set up  
  • Alert the Country Management, relevant Asia 2OPC and OPC Métiers and Functions when relevant about any  significant event or local regulations having impact on operational risk and permanent control
  • Analyse and challenge the current processes and procedures,
  • Re-design the process flows and associated organization structure
  • Enhance the operational risk management of the bank (process streamline)
  • Standardize procedures & manuals
  • Drive the change by putting quality processes and program in place. 
#2 – Undertake Projects and back up for the SLA and outsourcing activities.

Competencies (Technical / Behavioral)


Technical :

  1. Proficiency in MS Pack Office [Excel, Visio, PowerPoint]
  2. Operational backgrounds in Banking [Back Office, Finance, Transversal, etc.]
  3. Familiarity with Project management documentation [Process maps, Gantt chart, Procedure]

 Behavioral :

  1. Proactivity [Capacity to take initiative]
  2. Excellent Communication skills [Don't hesitate to pick up the phone or meeting the stakeholders in face to face, etc.]
  3. Capacity to work in a stressful environment
  4. Strong ability to multi-task
  5. Good team player

Specific Qualifications Required

  • Previous experience in Banking OPC environment required
