For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Operation Specialist in Transfer Agent Team
 (up to 3 months international training is to be expected)
  • Taking care of timely settlement of all client instructions pertaining to trades of units of funds
  • Clearing / Settlement: includes communicating with client (KAG/Asset Manager) in order to solve settlement issues
  • Ensuring that relevant deadlines and other performances standards are met
  • Ensuring that transactions/investigations comply with external/internal policies and regulations and that all audit requirements are met
  • Reporting to clients and internal contact persons
  • Following up pending instructions
  • Participating in quality control and development of processes
  • Client Communication
  • Reconciliation of fund units
  • Preparing and updating of procedures, statistics and KPI’s
  • Supporting other projects if the expertise is required

  • In-depth knowledge of Investment Fund Industry and Securities Market
  • Very good knowledge of English language, good knowledge of German language as an asset
  • Autonomy and initiative
  • Accuracy, analytical skills and completeness is essential
  • Computer literacy in MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Excellent communication skills & ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Dedication to quality and stress resilience
  • Self-motivation, willingness to learn
  • Recent graduates are welcome
