Understand existing QA framework with respect to waterfall & Agile methodology for software development life Cycle.
Plan & perform Quality Assurance reviews.
Identify project risks & non conformities.
Prepare QA assessment report for stakeholders
Follow-up on Risks & Non conformities.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Understand existing QA framework
Understand s/w project life cycle methodologies (waterfall & Agile)
Contribute to the quality plan
Prepare yearly QA review plan
Liaise with on-shore & off-shore PM for their availability for review
Hold review discussions with PM(s) and collected evidences , as required
Scrutinize evidence shared
Identify Projects risks & non-conformities
Follow-up to re-assess project risks & closure of Non-Conformities
Prepare monthly dashboards for governance meetings
Coach PMs / Leads on the QA process areas
Work Related Skills :
Graduate, preferably in computers or related area
Good knowledge of Software Design Life Cycle
Good knowledge of Agile methodology
Ability to hold coaching / trainings session to explain framework & process
7 to 8 years of experience in Quality Assurance with sound knowledge of
Quality Assurance process with respect to project management methodologies such as ‘Agile’ or ‘Waterfall’

Strong ability to coordinate.
Should have excellent communication skills
Self-driven and independent
Strong interpersonal skills & will to succeed and overcome challenge.
Must be a good team player.
Knowledge of Corporate Banking & Knowledge of tools such as JIRA & its plugins , HP - ALM, QC , Clarity will be an added advantage.
