The International Mobility & Reward Lisbon platform is a key component of the CIB Global Human Resources setup. Our mission is to support the worldwide CIB HR activities through the setup, monitoring and administrative follow up of CIB International mobility and differed compensation processes.
Activities of the International Mobility and Reward team include:
  • Management of the annual compensation process for Portugal
  • Support HRs and employees on deferred compensation statements and payment processes
  • Computation of packages for international mobilities
  • Support HRs and employees on International Mobility processes
  • Responsible of the Portugal Reward (e.g. annual salary and bonus review) process
  • Providing day to day fixed and variable compensation analysis and support to HR Business Partners and Recruitment teams
  • Compensation benchmarks (McLagan, Towers Watson…)
  • Off cycles monitoring & reporting
  • CIB Representative for all deferred compensation matters including Buy-Outs
  • Follow-up of the employee’s leaver status
  • Management of the payment processes
  • Responsible for the projects impacting his/her perimeter
  • Ensure proper documentation (products, process, tools…)
  • Supervision of a junior Reward staff

  • Strong reporting / consolidation experience
  • Experience in large databases management
  • Experience in systems administration & support
  • Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Access, PowerPoint);
  • Ability to work within a multicultural and multitask environment
  • Detail oriented
  • Client focus and strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English (mandatory)
  • French fluency is recommended
