Global Markets Operations (GM Ops) is a global department established in the main financial cities all over the world (New-York, London, Tokyo, Hong-Kong and Paris). The teams present in this department are responsible to: check the trades booked in the various booking systems of the bank; perform the follow-up of events which have an impact on the positions stored in the booking systems (corporate actions, expiry); resolve position gaps between Front-Office and Back-Office systems.

GM Operations teams are also responsible for calculate, analyze and explain Front-Office P&L (daily and Year-to-Date).



Management Support Team is created in order to propose a high-quality standard in the information workflow between GM Ops Managers and their Internal Clients (with a principal focus on Product Control – Engagement scope).

Therefore, the major responsibilities of this Team are as follows:

·         Support Content 

o   Prepare reports from data gathering from different information systems

o   Timely deliver dashboards and provide key notes for committees

o   Validate key operational and key risk indicators with Managers and challenging them on the quality of the comments

o   Monitor Service Level Agreements and follow-up the indicators of activity


·         Project Content

o   Contribute to the mission of reporting transformation

o   Evaluate situations where potential efficiency gain could be reached

o   Propose innovative solutions

o   Participate to projects with GM Ops managers



  • Degree in Finance, Accounting and Economics
  • Previous Banking / Audit / Consulting experience is required
  • English fluency (both oral and written communication)
  • French fluency is a plus
  • Oriented to continuous improvements and process efficiency
  • Ability to work with different levels of hierarchy
  • Solid communication skills
  • Collaborative and industrial mind-set
