FDS Project Manager (M/F)
The Project management mission is responsible for the planning, management, coordination and financial control of Fund Dealing Services (FDS) Projects. The project management team is composed of project manager, in charge of the creation and monitoring of FDS Project pipeline, and project support that ensure that the solutions defined by the project manager are implemented.
Project management team ensure that a project is completed on time, that the project's objectives are met and that everyone else is doing their job properly. Projects are usually separate to usual day-to-day business activities and require the team to work together to achieve a set of specific objectives. Project managers oversee the project to ensure the desired result is achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Project support is responsible to deliver the set of tasks defined by the project managers in the project action plan and should immediately raise any issue or blocking point in order to ensure the completion of the project within the agreed deadline.
• Project Manager
Create a procedure and templates to harmonize the management of project in FDS.
Create and maintain a FDS Project dashboard that includes, but is not limited to, the following information: requestor, type of project, date of entry, target date, project owner, profitability and blocking points.
Monitor project status and deliverables in order to provide a clear and full overview of current local/global pipeline of project within FDS.
Organize weekly meeting with FDS managers to report on progress.
Provide necessary information to FDS management in order for them to prioritise projects, allocate resources efficiently, identify potential risks and act as escalation point if needed
Provide Support, Knowledge and Guidance to project support Training
• Project Support
Actively participate to the implementation of change within FDS by providing support to FDS project manager in order to execute actions plans, raise potential risk and act as back-up when necessary
It is expected from all FDS Project management team members to develop both their global / transversal knowledge of FDS/BP2S and their project management skills in order to act themselves as project manager if necessary
· University degree or equivalent in accounting, banking, business administration
· Minimum of 3 years experience in the Fund Industry: Fund Administration / Transfer Agency / Fund Dealing Services / Custody / PERE (Private Capital)
