The Facilities team is responsible to ensure that all employees working at BNP Paribas Group may focus on their own professional missions in the most comfortable and inviting environment possible. Beside of that, this team is responsible for working in partnership with landlords, occupiers and visitors to ensure buildings maintenance and operational functioning, to maintain the value of the property investment and to provide the professional support needed.  
  • Answer queries (i.e., e-mails, calls)
  • Manage and proceed with internal requests
  • Create tickets and follow-up (dispatching, assignment and resolution)
  • Perform and execute the 1st level of controls and perform statistic indicators
  • Organisation of files and documentation
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree
  • English fluency
  • Previous experience in Facilities or several buildings organisation
  • Team spirit, proactivity and detail-oriented
  • Good ability to work under pressure 
  • Proficient level of Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
