Digital Marketing and Communication Officer

CIB Digital Working aims to offer employees the same digital experience at home at work within the confines of the banking industry, in line with the ambition "work differently" of the BNP Paribas Group and in agreement with the requirements (security, compliance, among others) of our banking industry.
We are looking for an energised, creative person to join the digital team. The ideal candidate has an aptitude for growth, is passionate about delivering work of an exceptional standard, who is self-motivated and creative. The role would require the candidate to be an English fluent speaker (experience abroad in an English speaking country is a plus) and requires an intermediate understanding of French.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute all 360˚ digital marketing and communications including email and internal web campaigns and display advertising campaigns (videos).
Work closely with product owners to produce content to promote and advertise all digital tools/actions available to employees.
Co-ordinate the production and development of communication campaigns, working closely with a designer to produce visually appealing communication material to promote the digital working solutions available to employees
Manage & follow reviews and validation with Internal communication teams.
Execution of email campaigns, internal website articles, videos and posters by mastering the publishing tools available at BNPP
Work in collaboration with IT to determine improve the client experience in interactions and improve the tools and materials available to employees
Work with the regions to tailor and finalize communications to be relevant to the different targeted audiences
Work closely with the Digital coaches (a team of digital savvy people whose job is to help spreading digital knowledge and culture) to create materials to be used to upskill employees on digital working solutions (tutorial videos, short tips and trick article, “how to” brochures…)
Track and analyze conversion rates/click through rates in order to improve the user journeys through internal communication campaigns
Manage and determine implementation, rollout, promotion and communication campaign for the digital acculturation initiatives
BSc in Communication, Digital Marketing, or related
Between 2 to 4 years of experience in Communication and content Management
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Understanding of French (A2-B1 level)
Good communication skills (both oral and written)
Good understanding of Digital Knowledge and Innovation
Ability to inspire others & generate people's commitment
Creativity & Innovative
Good Problem solving skills
