For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Deputy Team Leader in Stock and Cash Breaks Team in FDS
Main tasks:
  • Supporting team and Team Leader in daily operational tasks (including supporting smooth stabilization period of the new migrated processes)
  • Effective daily supervision of team's work in stock and cash breaks process
  • Being the point of contact for operational queries, dealing with issues and assisting with escalations which have been referred to the Team Leader
  • Providing advice or solutions to issues related to incorrectly placed orders and payments
  • Active participation in BAU and team cross training
  • Leading by example and being a role model in the team
  • Maintaining expert level of technical knowledge appropriate to support team leader and senior management in effective judgment in decision making
  • Supporting planning and monitoring work in the team including setting priorities in line with customers' expectations
  • Ensuring high quality and reporting team effectiveness
  • Supporting Team on increasing effectiveness and quality
  • Participation in service review calls with other departments and spoke locations
  • Support team members, team leader and senior management to ensure that all the MI, KPI, KRI, KMP, BCP, BCM files and reports are updated and distributed on regular basis
  • Supervise and evolve necessary controls and procedures so that operational risk is mitigated
  • Supporting recruitment process annual appraisals of team members
  • Providing support for new comers during training and to adapt the BP2S environment

Skills required:
  • Minimum 12 months of experience in FDS
  • Very good understanding of FDS systems and processes/flows
  • Knowledge of Investment, Fund Industry and Securities Market
  • Client focused - able to build productive and collaborative working relationships with stakeholders
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • High productivity and precision
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment and motivation
  • Experience on similar position would be an advantage
