·    Manage & supervise the WMIS Global Delivery Domain Teams & Project Management (in the aspect of budget, planning, quality, team management, project management, Committees)

·    Ensure the delivery of application development and maintenance projects according to priorities defined (strategic, key, evolutions)

·    Ensure application support for WM Sites according to SLA

·    Manage the Human resources according to the needs of the domain teams (recruit and take care of the career growth for the staff)

·    Ensure the middle management coaching

·    Assist the CIO to manage the costs according to the budget defined globally

·    Monitor the services provided by the IT Production teams (IPS or APAC IT IP)

·    Assist in the implementation of IT transversal initiatives which aim at improving the WMIS efficiency

·    Ensure timely and accurate reporting to CIO, CIO Office and to BADM

·    Ensure compliance with WMIS architecture principles, norms and standards

·    Contribute to the normalization / standardization of IT developments

·    Contribute to the WMIS methodology

·    Contribute to the Coordination & support with / of Local IT

·    Ensure supplier management activities for major softwares used by WMIS such as Temenos (AAA),  SAP (Sybase), IBM( WTX, FileNet, …)

·    Responsibilities include ensuring the compliance with Group and Métier Security Policies including the IT Hub Security Guidelines.

·    Responsible for implementing and enforcing the WMIT Governance as the development framework to optimize IT activities & processes. In so doing, to assist the organization in attaining the level of quality as determined by the IT Management.
