Job Description:


• This role has direct client contacts. They are supporting functions under ITO which provide after sales supports to client such as managing daily transaction requests from customers as well as e-banking support.

• Provide quality client service throughout the client life cycle

• In charge of providing dedicated support for attached business desks as well as transversal support for non-VIP clients & backup for e-banking officers (all queries)

• Enforce Hobart utilization in PRC for ALL queries logging, resolution and task allocation/dispatch

Job Requirement:


• University graduate or above

• Accounting/Business/Economics/Finance related degree is highly preferable

• Strong Operational and administrative skills

• Customer oriented with good corporate banking product knowledge

• Excellent communication / interpersonal skills and strong team spirit

• Proactive, self-disciplined, self-motivated with ability to work effectively under pressure

• Able to demonstrate problem solving technique & strive to continuously improve end-to-end process

• Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

• Sound PC skills including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
