The Warsaw office was established in 2008 and comprises  two business lines: a dynamically growing International Operations Centre (SSC) providing asset and fund services for a number of locations across Europe and local custody & clearing business offering broker-dealers, global custodians and investment banks a full local clearing, settlement and custody solution in Poland.
For new activity within BNP Paribas Securities Services in Poland which is an exciting, dynamic and growing operation centre in Warsaw we are looking for candidates who are willing to apply for the position of:
Business Analyst
BNP Paribas Securities Services in Warsaw is launching new, exciting projects for our major departments: Investment Compliance, Investment Reporting and Performance and Fund Dealing Services. This is why we are seeking 10 professionals who would like to contribute to the dynamic growth of our company.
  • Cooperating with other team members and delivering projects according to the bank’s strategy
  • Performing project analysis to prepare software changes, improve operations efficiency, client on-boarding
  • Formulating business specifications (i.e. for IT Team)
  • Writing and running test cases to check system and functionalities
  • Training and providing support to other teams if required
  • Reporting issues and risks to the Project Manager

We are interested both in Business Analysts and Senior Business Analysts. The level of the position will be adjusted individually basing on candidates’ professional experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project delivery and business analysis tasks for Business Analysts position and more than 5 years of experience for Senior role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively as a team player
  • Dedication to quality, self-motivation and willingness to learn
  • University degree (Finance, Economics, Project Management) or equivalent professional experience
  • Fluency in English as working language
  • Knowledge of securities services and in particular funds would be an advantage
