  1. To handle UK & North America Nostro Reconciliation process & other activities related to Nostro Reconciliation process.
  2. Check Ledger file & SWIFT files are uploaded in Intellimatch (Reconciliation tool)
  3. Follow-up on unreconciled or outstanding entries in Nostro accounts with Operations departments
  4. Verification of charges and interest in Nostro accounts.
  5. Interact with Overseas branches (Local/Overseas) for Nostro Reconciliation activities.
  6. Reconcile Nostro accounts according to SLA
  7. Prepare various reports and dashboards. To Create & Update monthly/quarterly/fortnightly reports
  8. Handle issues and escalations of the team and from the clients
  9. To coordinate closely with the Nostro Reconciliation team members, support team and various other teams in order to ensure timely deliverables.
  10. To coordinate with reporting manager on unresolved queries & escalations
  11. Meet the objectives set by Head of Operations/Reporting Manager so as to meet organization goals
  12. Assist in transition of Nostro Reconciliation process from onshore location.
  13. Update documents like procedures, Process flow charts.
  14. Clear in communication and good in spoken & written English.
  15. Flexible with shifts (12pm to 9pm or 4.30pm to 1.30am depending on Daylight Savings)
  16. Work days will be Monday to Friday.
