This role is in the robust HR Analytics team responsible for designing and producing HR dashboards and analytics. We are looking for an individual with experience with utilizing data for trend analysis and workforce planning.
Reporting/Analysis Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for providing strategic analytical support by analyzing and interpreting data to provide actionable metrics in support of HR and business objectives.
  • Prepares and designs all reporting for HR teams, business leaders, and regulatory entities providing data driven insights conveyed in dashboards
  • Works closely with HR Business Partners to understand the business needs and provide data metrics to support actionable items
  • Responsible for working on HR Business Intelligence projects, from gathering data requirements, project planning and ongoing enhancements and maintenance
  • Assist in development of complex adhoc reports for customers in HR and other departments utilizing PeopleSoft query functionalities
  • Perform maintenance and creation of a variety of reports or queries utilizing appropriate reporting tools in Peoplesoft, Tableau and Business Objects.
  • Automate, standardize, schedule and publish key reports from various HR IT systems to match stakeholders requirements
  • Create and maintain core HR systems reporting standards
  • Work with HRIS to drive continuous improvements across the HR systems landscapes to provide reporting solutions which align with business needs
  • Design and support the reporting solution for HR system integration with other systems
  • Analyzes current operational and business processes, makes recommendations, and execute changes to improve efficiency
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders on HR reporting related projects
Data Governance
  • Ensures strict respect of Data Governance Principles across all HR IT systems and databases
  • Supports internal and external data auditing, on a regular and ad hoc basis
  • Control data quality of information within HR IT systems

Required Qualifications:
  •  Expert knowledge of PeopleSoft in regards to experience with writing HR queries
  • Familiarity with creating custom expressions within PeopleSoft query tool and can perform both inner and outer table joins as required
  • Experience working with large data sets for complex organizations
  • Experience analyzing and preparing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Strong MS Excel – Function & Pivot tables
  • Strong MS PowerPoint skills – Preparation of Dashboards
  • Demonstrate ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with the respective HR and Business stakeholders; anticipate and identify business needs and recommend solutions to business problems;
  • Demonstrates the ability to effectively assess and resolve issues and problems
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Outstanding operational skills in addition to detailed oriented work
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proactive in seeking information, challenging norms and driving efficiency
  • Able to work well independently and in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years of HR experience preferred, particularly in area where analysis and interpretation of data metrics are involved
  • Experience working with Business Intelligence & Data Visualization Systems (Tableau and Business Objects)
  • Experience working with data manipulation & transformation systems (MS Excel, Alteryx and/or Tableau)
