Business Overview:

The FXPB Middle Office maintains all operational, client solutions, and transaction management functions.

Members of the team are required to have a strong understanding of FX and the ability to effectively interface with clients and all internal stakeholders to our business. This individual will primarily be responsible for the timely onboarding of our clients  to our prime brokerage platform, while owning the ongoing relationship management.


This individual will act as a project manager for client onboardings by relaying client needs to relevant internal

departments such as Legal, Credit, Risk, Operations and IT while ensuring that all areas are delivering to the agreed

timelines and service is in line with client expectations. This role will also involve transversal responsibilities within the production aspect of the Middle Office.




  • Management of the client onboarding pipeline
  • Act as a single point of contact (internally and externally) across all relevant streams of an onboarding
  • (i.e. client, sales, credit/risk, legal, technology, operations)
  • Gather all relevant client requirements and disseminate to relevant internal departments
  • Manage all streams towards a successful go live while gaining a full understanding of the client
  • business model from end to end
  • Mediate on all issues that are raised and ensure that we come to a resolution that is equitable for both
  • BNP Paribas and the Client
  • Relationship management of live clients (act as an escalation point for day to day issues and manage
  • any new business for existing clients)
  • Working with internal and external parties to resolve trade discrepancies on T and post T
  • Understanding and responding to client queries with respect to client reporting on Data Direct, a BNP Paribas website
  • Escalating client trade related issues
  • Monitoring internal control checks and rectifying breaches that present risk to our franchise
  • Ad-hoc project work related to internal controls, MIS reporting, process improvements, and client specific reporting requirements or integration enhancements



  • Diploma from an accredited collegiate institution

  • Minimum of 3 years in a FXPB related position

  • Working knowledge of Traiana Harmony and Netlink

  • Familiarity with prime brokerage and clearing workflows

  • The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following:
