 Elle complète son offre en répondant aux besoins spécifiques des entreprises, par le biais de solutions collectives d’épargne et de couverture des risques décès ou invalidité. 

 Dans le cadre de son développement, Cardif LIFE recherche un : 

 

Back Office Invesment officer

CDD (30/09/2019)

  

Your main responsibilities will be:

 

·       Analysis of securities and correct application of CAA requirements in term of polices’ underlying assets prior to insurance policy acceptance or new investments in existing  policies

·       Control of investment proposals from advisory asset managers, orders management and follow-up

·       Analysis / follow up  and update of portfolio’s investment risk profiles

·       Daily input of the depositary banks account statements, transactions in securities and currency quotations

·       Monthly cash and securities reconciliation process

·       Monthly valorisation of dedicated funds, justification of significant differences and injection in internal system through interface

·       Follow-up of debit accounts both with the depositary banks/asset managers

·       Asset Management Fees follow-up (calculation & control)

·       Day-to-day relationship with asset managers and intermediaries by answering to requests on transactions, valuations, costs, insurance policy events (new subscriptions, additional payments, partial and total surrenders)  and by informing them of all corporate events

·       Insure collaboration with and support to the other internal departments esp. during the end of month closing process

·       Participation through production of reports from the internal system, in collaboration with the team leader, to the quarterly CAA reporting and in Back-Office process optimization

 


You should :

 ·       Have experience in Life insurance or in Back Office Securities

·       Good knowledge of financial instruments and of applicable regulations from Commissariat aux Assurances related to securities and investment limits for Life Insurance products esp. for dedicated fund and external funds

·       Be fluent in written and spoken English and have a good working knowledge of French

·       Knowledge in Italian is a real advantage

·       Have a good knowledge of Excel, Bloomberg and Telekurs. The knowledge of Soliam Software is a real advantage

·       Be able to manage high quantitative service level with high quality standards

·       Be used to work with deadlines and company’s procedures

·       Be proactive, well organized and rigorous

·       Have good interpersonal skills.
