For our branch in Frankfurt am Main we are looking for a

Team Manager Client Business Change/SLA


Grow through professional challenges:


·         Management of the team resources to ensure efficient prioritization and balanced capacity utilization

·         Provide management, guidance, information, tools and support to ensure the team is able to fulfill its responsibilities to:

-          Maintain an effective client-related business change management oversight function

-          Understanding and active influencing of the clients perception / expectation during the implementation of the change

-          Ensure high client satisfaction with BNPP's onboarding/change capabilities based on KPI measurement

-          Ownership and further development (in line with global processes) of the Migration plan as transversal event steering instrument

-          Optimization of SLA/Op Memo frame (intensify standardization)

-          Maintain a stable process for a reliable and efficient coordination of external SLA/Op-Memo-negotiations


 Impress with your skills:

·         Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics

·         Extensive experience in a role with a strong client management focus

·         Proven track record of working within an financial services operations environment

·         Industry experience or professional qualifications relating to the financial markets, asset management or securities services

·         Proven leadership skills and “change agent” behaviour

·         Ability to foster and maintain strong interpersonal internal and external relationships

·         Proven track record of results and quality orientation

·         Fluency in both German and English
