Specialist Cash Management Cards Central Client Desk

 
 
Grow through professional challenges:

 

  • Support Relationship Managers in Central Client Desk / European Corporate Hub in cash management related matters and prepare pricing proposals for this client base
  • Respond to Cash Management Officers in specific product sales pitches (Corporate Cards, Lodge Cards etc.)
  • Assist Cash Management Officers in sales process, especially in preparing the responses to Requests For Proposal (RFP) that are not handled by Central Proposal team (e.g. German language)
  • Assist Head of Sales Cash Management in controlling and related fields
  • Responsible for pricing in accordance with the Cash Management Officers (prepares pricing grids, ensures proper billing setup etc.)
  • Respond to RFPs, assess customer needs and recommend effective strategies regarding the cash management business together with Cash Management Officers 
  • Assist Cash Management team timewise in projects to improve workflows within the bank


                   
Impress with your Skills:

 

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in either a finance or cash management discipline is desirable
  • Strong selling skills with understanding of customer needs and product value proposition
  • Product expertise and Knowledgeable about market trends in specific cash management segments or ability to develop this product expertise in a short time frame
  • Good knowledge across the various local cash management products (i.e. payments, pooling, deposits) as well as the international solutions
  • Proactive, self-starter with project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Strong collaboration skills - must be able to deliver results in an environment which requires a high degree of coordination and alignment working with multiple internal and external teams
  • Very good written and oral communication skills in English and German with the ability to communicate frequently with customer
